The Pecos Trail Region has an 11 member board of directors. The board meets every other month to discuss the progress of the program with their Region Coordinator and to make decisions which will further the Texas Pecos Trail's work plan and goals for the year. Duties, Responsibilities, and time requirements for Texas Pecos Trail Board of Directors
Vision Statement: The Texas Pecos Trail Region will encourage the development and promotion of heritage tourism throughout the diverse 22-county region.
Mission Statement: To create regional partnerships for promoting economic growth, while preserving the unique cultural heritage of the region for present and future generations.
